* Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital Foundation and Penn Valley Seventh-Day Adventist Church - $13,000 for Alzheimer's Outreach Project / Helping Hands Caregiver Resource
CalWORKs Awards for 2010-11:
* CoRR - $70,000 for Substance Abuse Assessment and Treatment
* DVSAC - $19,500 for Domestic Violence Service and Safe House Network
* KARE Crisis Nursery - $7,500 for Respite and Emergency Child Care services
* Public Health - $23,000 for services to pregnant and parenting Cal-Learn clients
* Superintentend of Schools - $30,000 to support FRC services
* Women of Worth - $40,000 for transitional housng for families in crisis

Sierra Health Foundation Awards for 2010-11:
Since launching the Responsive Grants Program in 2008, Sierra Health Foundation has awarded more than $2.7 million to provide support for 94 programs and projects. Sierra Health Foundation has committed $500,000 for a second round of funding this year. Click here for list of grantees.
